- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All office staff is rude and unprofessional. Girl at the front desk insisted I pay for a visit I knew would be covered in full by insurance. Insurance paid, but I can't get a refund, so they got paid twice. Insurance fraud, in my opinion. Good luck ever getting anyone on the phone, every single option just goes to someone's voicemail and they never call back. Billing issue? Voicemail. Need to schedule an appointment? Voicemail.
