- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely terrible.. My wife scheduled an appointment. They said "how does next Tuesday sound?" My wife: "perfect because our daughter has school mon, wed and Fri." My wife gets up and drives to the other side of Phoenix to be told her appointment is the following Tuesday. As upset as she was she left and planned to go the next Tuesday. I took off work and went. "Oh I'm sorry, your appointment is Wednesday." What kind of idiot staff do you have working there? Did you actually make it through college? Do you know how to count to 10?
