- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I injured myself at work and was sent to these guys to call them. They gave me my claim adjusters direct phone number and said call on Monday. So I called Monday and left a message. I talked to the front desk the next day and they were nice and said she was out of the building. And today she called back. She was very polite and completed the adjustment swiftly. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What a pathetic experience I have had with this company. I fell at work. No one saw me fall. They turned down my workman's comp claim because I could not prove I fell at work. Medicare paid for my surgery on my back. All was well. Six months after the surgery I fell again. This time three people saw me fall on wet pavement just outside my office on our employers property. This time they turned down my claim because they said I had a pre-existing condition. This was not true. I had to appeal their decision to the Industrial Commission. The judge ruled in my favor. Gallaher Bassett hires an attorney to work against me and cut off benefits the judge said I have a legal right to. This is one pathetic company.
