- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So at first, i really enjoyed coming here- The play area, the tree house, all the things to make a child feel good about going- The very first appointment, they would nto let me go back with my daughter. I had to wait in the waiting room. The second time i went, the dentist (Dr. Chaet) Got made that she started to cry. It was like, he got real anxious and said IF YOU CRY WE WILL NEED TO SHUT THE DOOR. And we dont like to shut the doors-He said it real nasty so my daughter was terrified- NOT TOO MENTION- just how expensive this place really is. Everytime my bill has been over 100.00. And my daughter is 3. It was un-needed work done. I got a second opinion. Also, i wrote a post dated check, and they tried to put it through my account without my permission. And when i called to complain, SUSAN, said she did not talk to anyone who said they would hold the check. There is a lot more to the story- but they acted shady, and i wont be returning- It sad enough these days we have to struggle to pay medical and dental bills- BUT to have someone with no customer service skills, no empathy, makes our lives harder. If you want compassionate people, dont go here. It is all abotu the money. And sorry my first impression was, it was all about the children.April 01, 2017by A Google User
