- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Front desk staff is so rude. They look at you like you’re an annoyance and don’t even welcome you. Unprofessional. sitting in the waiting room and listening to them complain about nurses coming in early and their personal lives. Listening to them answer the phones, they sound annoyed that you’re callling and their telephone etiquette is terrible. Wow.October 03, 2017by Calli W
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Rudgear is a very tolerant and understanding endocrinologist who helped me to get my diabetes more under control. I was offered 'additional' products but a simple 'no thanks' was taken with no additional pressure. I find her staff to be very kind and understanding and have not even once heard 'this is your fault' even though some of my diabetic care is certainly my responsibility. I find the attitude of her office very refreshing and I am excited to continue to work towards better diabetic care overall.December 13, 2016by Vincent Koski
