- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to inquire about the physician and to make an appointment...following up on a surgeon's referral for me to contact him, and following my research on line and via his website. Information, via electronic marketing and advertising, promotes his eagerness to be an outstanding physician, he is now a Concierge, to contact them to schedule an appointment. HOWEVER, when I tried to do so by phone, I was told "the Dr. is NOT accepting new patients." May I respectfully suggest you up-date your site to reflect that and to also encourage those answering the phone to be respectful -- you never know when you will be seeking new patients and new business!!August 20, 2017by Diane Denton
