  Arizona Brain and Spine is like no other surgeon's office in the valley. I would not hesitate one moment to have these surgeons look at your x-rays or MRI film for a diagnosis of your pain. My husband had neck surgery in March of 2015 with Dr. Yusupov. Without any complications and regained full movement of his arms. In February of 2016 I had a minimally invasive laminectomy with a fusion at L5-S1. I went to Thompson Peak Medical Center and what a pleasure it was. I never was hospitalized before and they made my first time very comfortable and a pleasure. My surgery was done with no complications and I was walking that evening :) my right leg actually moving forward and not staying in place like previously in the morning of surgery. I was discharged the next morning and went home to rest. I went to physical therapy approximately 5-6 weeks after surgery, twice a week and to the gym to do my 5 minutes on the treadmill everyday. Yes, I refused to just sit in bed or the couch and not move. I knew that my lower back had to get strong. So slow and steady is what I did for 3 months. I now am able to ride my horse, go hiking, and workout at the gym with no restrictions. No words can express the appreciation and thankfulness that Dr. Yusupov and his staff mean to me. The pain I was in was excruciating and I can honestly say that I AM PAIN FREE! Thank you for taking the best care of me. You are in my thoughts each and every day that I live, because of you I can walk.
